ABOUT PARTHY
Parthy Shah, MD
She/Her
Attending Psychiatrist
Parthy Shah completed her Adult Psychiatry residency training at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in Queens, New York. She had the opportunity to research, teach as an Adjunct Faculty, and obtain community experience in the field of psychiatry. She worked as a resident doctor during COVID which deepened her compassion towards patient care. She is very passionate about her work and believes in "work is worship." Through her practice, Ishe hopes to increase mental awareness, especially amongst the immigrant population where mental illness is still considered a taboo. Dr. Shah’s focus and expertise lie in the treatment of anxiety, depression, bipolar, PTSD, and postpartum mood disorders in adults, with a strong interest in women’s mental health. Her hobbies include cooking, reading, yoga, piano, spending time in nature, and spending quality time with friends and family. Dr. Shah is fluent in Hindi, Farsi and Gujarati.

Skylar Oliver received her BS in Psychological Science with a minor in Neuroscience from the University of Vermont. She received her MS in Pharmacology from UVM’s Larner College of Medicine. Skylar has worked in a neuroscience lab at UVM under the direction of Sayamwong Hammack and has completed her EMT coursework and the psychomotor exam. She continues to take on job shadowing opportunities at the UVM Medical Center to broaden her fieldwork in a diverse range of medical areas.
Skylar is a certified TMS technician.
Skylar is fascinated by the advances and breakthroughs that collaborative research has brought to medicine and therapeutics and plans to continue on to medical school. It is her intention to focus her medical studies in Psychiatry. She is a strong advocate for access to mental health services. She has chosen a path to medical school which will allow her to better understand neurodiversity.
She wants to continue to focus on the impacts of pharmacology
and toxicology on the changing healthcare landscape.
Skylar is the co-founder of Celeste Care, a BIPOC Femme-run beauty
coalition based in Burlington Vermont.
Skylar brings her understanding of medicine, her desire for fair patient care,
and her entrepreneurial spirit to State Street TMS.
Irene Chamberlain, PA-C grew up in Vermont. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Women and Gender Studies at the University of Vermont. During completion of a post baccalaureate pre-med certificate program, she volunteered her time at various organizations within the community. She became a certified EMT and served nights on the Charlotte Fire and Rescue, she volunteered at Lund Family Center as a family support person, she also spent time at HOPE Works helping with social outreach. She went on to obtain her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Franklin Pierce University in New Hampshire. While there she completed a community medicine project focusing on media and body image in adolescence. Since graduating as a Physician Assistant, she has spent seven years caring for patients at the Central Vermont Express Care. While there she helped to launch the Covid Call Center at the beginning of the pandemic. She also spent some time working in Inpatient Psychiatry, providing primary care for the patients there. She feels we must dive in and evaluate all aspects of health including mental and physical health, sleep, nutrition, and exercise to create a solid integrative foundation of good health. Although most of her Physician Assistant experience is in acute care, she is a lifelong learner with interests in holistic and alternative approaches to healthcare.
Irene is certified in prescribing and managing hormone therapy, or HRT for peri- and post- menopause through the Heather Hirsch Academy. She also focuses on non-hormonal treatment options as well as lifestyle coaching for women through this transition. Irene is excited to bring this knowledge and care for treating Women's Health to our practice.
She lives with her husband, two sons, and their dog named Paul. In her free time she enjoys baking sourdough, gardening, yoga, and creating flower arrangements with her Mom and Aunt for local weddings. She is an avid runner and has completed many half marathons and someday hopes to run a full marathon!

James Greenleaf, PMHNP
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Mr. Greenleaf has been a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for 35 years and a health care provider since 1974. He has experience in inpatient settings, community mental health centers, as a Professor of Nursing in a Baccalaureate program, and for the last 20 years at an outpatient clinic serving adults. For the last ten years his dog Homer has assisted him in his practice
as a certified Animal Assisted Therapy animal.

ABOUT MIRANDA

Miranda Nunn is an LNA and TMS Technician with over 10 years of experience in health care. Miranda has worked in a variety settings from acute care to specialty care and she continues to expand her knowledge and expertise in the field of medicine. Miranda grew up in Vermont and enjoys many of the activities that the Green Mountain State has to offer! Miranda is a busy mom with two children, she lives in Southern Vermont with her family including her two dogs, one cat and a few chickens.
Miranda enjoys reading, walking, camping and kayaking.
