Parthy Shah, MD
She/Her
Attending Psychiatrist
Parthy Shah completed her Adult Psychiatry residency training at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in Queens, New York. She had the opportunity to research, teach as an Adjunct Faculty, and obtain community experience in the field of psychiatry. She worked as a resident doctor during COVID which deepened her compassion towards patient care. She is very passionate about her work and believes in "work is worship." Through her practice, she hopes to increase mental awareness, especially amongst the immigrant population where mental illness is still considered a taboo. Dr. Shah’s focus and expertise lie in the treatment of anxiety, depression, bipolar, PTSD, and postpartum mood disorders in adults, with a strong interest in women’s mental health. Her hobbies include cooking, reading, yoga, piano, spending time in nature, and spending quality time with friends and family. Dr. Shah is fluent in Hindi, Farsi and Gujarati.

Dannette Napier, DO
Attending Psychiatrist
Grace Altebrando, FNP-BC, IFMCP, MSCP is a Family Nurse Practitioner here in Vermont. Grace studied Psychology at McGill University before training as a Nurse Practitioner at Columbia University. Grace has a strong background in primary care and enjoys working with families and communities. She has undergone additional training in clinical herbalism, sound healing and Reiki which are woven into her life both personally and professionally. Grace's approach to patient care involves addressing the whole person. She listens closely to concerns and integrates various modalities to serve each patient’s needs and goals.
Grace has a special interest in supporting the unique health experiences of women across the lifespan. She is a menopause certified practitioner through the Menopause Society
and is a Perinatal Mental Health trained professional.
Grace enjoys time in her garden, wildcrafting, hiking with her dog, reading, yoga, meditation, various art mediums, her wonderful family and friends.
Jennifer Davis, MD, FAAP, DipABLM is a board-certified pediatrician, lifestyle medicine
specialist, and former pediatric critical care physician with over 25 years of experience. She is certified in plant-based nutrition and culinary coaching, and her work focuses on helping children and families prevent and reverse chronic diseases such as type 2 diabetes through evidence-based lifestyle change. Dr. Davis is especially passionate about making wellness joyful, sustainable, and accessible. She enjoys running, cooking, traveling, and spending time in nature with her family and pets.
Dannette Napier attended Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine for medical school, and completed her medical residency in Psychiatry at Kansas University School of Medicine. She takes a comprehensive and compassionate approach to mental health care, rooted in a biopsychosocial approach, which considers the intricate interplay between biological, psychological, and social factors contributing to each unique individual’s well-being. Her goal is to partner with patients in their journey towards mind, body, spirit wellness. She embodies a strong connection with nature, and enjoys yoga, time outdoors, and time with family and friends.

James Greenleaf, PMHNP
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Mr. Greenleaf has been a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for 35 years and a health care provider since 1974. He has experience in inpatient settings, community mental health centers, as a Professor of Nursing in a Baccalaureate program, and for the last 20 years at an outpatient clinic serving adults. For the last ten years his dog Homer has assisted him in his practice
as a certified Animal Assisted Therapy animal.

Miranda is an LNA and TMS Technician with over 10 years of experience in health care. Miranda has worked in a variety settings from acute care to specialty care and she continues to expand her knowledge and expertise in the field of medicine. Miranda grew up in Vermont and enjoys many of the activities that the Green Mountain State has to offer! Miranda is a busy mom with two children, she lives in Southern Vermont with her family including her two dogs, one cat and a few chickens.
Miranda enjoys reading, walking, camping and kayaking.
