Equine Facilitated Sessions

Working with horses in true partnership means that we have to be willing to examine our own inner workings. We have to be able to journey inward and shine a bright light on the places within ourselves that are asking for integration.

Profound integration occurs when we engage in interspecies alchemy. Consciousness expands when we open ourselves to new ways of being, and this expansion has the power to liberate.

True connection develops when we engage with this work.

There is something powerful that happens when we let go of what we think should happen and we embrace what is. It takes a lot of courage and vulnerability  to go to this place where we drop our stories and we open ourselves to what is really happening. I

t has been deeply inspiring to witness the unfolding transformations for humans  and horses in this work.

willingness to show up with open-hearted curiosity, especially when the answers are not clear, to drop expectations and agendas, and to arrive together in this tender place, nurturing growth.

beautiful example of the expansion that can occur when we are courageous enough to be with what is, rather than what we want it to be. Observing the ways in which humans and horses are finding their ways back to themselves and to one another is truly a gift.
