About Callie:

Callie Flanders, Pre-Licensed Professional, MS, CYT

She/Her

Callie’s passion for yoga began when she needed to find a healthy self-care regime involving movement outside of a traditional gym practice. Callie first started practicing yoga in high school, but did not develop a consistent practice until 2017. In November of 2019, Callie completed her 200-yoga training with Rachel Brathen at Island Yoga in Aruba along with 51 other women all across the globe. Callie is trained in vinyasa style yoga and also enjoys implementing elements of restorative and yin yoga into her classes. Callie has a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and her main drive in life is helping others find healing. Callie believes yoga is one of the many tools one can use to go deeper and discover what our hearts are calling for. Callie also has a passion for other holistic healing methods using essential oils and herbal remedies, often incorporating these into her classes and workshops.
