Payment Options

Partners In Integrative Healing is currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Vermont and Medicare. We are in the process of credentialing with MVP and Cigna and are accepting patients for the waiting list. Our Medicare panel is currently full for accepting new primary care patients, we are still accepting patients for psychiatric services. We are out-of network with all other major insurance plans, most insurance plans will offer out-of-network payments, we can provide a superbill for services rendered and submit to your insurance plan for you.

Our affiliated practice, State Street TMS, LLC offers interventional approaches for the treatment of major depression with transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) through multiple insurance providers. We do offer traditional and accelerated protocols that are based on the SAINT protocol.

Our Mission

We believe that in order to create a truly integrated model for healing that we, as clinicians, need to take back ownership of medicine. Corporate medicine as it stands is a broken system, with health care disparities for marginalized individuals. This system inherently erodes the relationship between patient and clinician. Having an independently owned and operated medical practice enables us to spend the time and energy we need in order to create healing relationships with our patients and ourselves. We do advocate at the national level for mental health parity laws, improved accessibility to healthcare, and an overall more just system.

Psychiatric Services MD:

Intake Appointment (60- 90 minutes): $350-450

Follow-up - Medication Management and Psychotherapy (30 minutes): $200-300

Follow-up - weekly or bi-weekly Therapy with or without medication management (50 minutes): $250-350

Group Therapy (60- 90 minutes): $100-200

Interventional Psychiatric Services

Offered through our affiliated LLC; State Street TMS, also located at 147 State Street in Montpelier, Vermont.

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)

is a non-invasive treatment for major depression, OCD, anxiety, PTSD, chronic pain and more. Some accelerated treatments for depression are covered by BCBSVT. We also offer accelerated protocols that are neuronavigated and can be completed in one week, based on SAINT protocols. Treatment protocols are individualized and fees adjusted accordingly. We are in-network with most major insurance plans. Most insurance plans cover treatment for Major Depression.
