We're a women owned clinic that is independently owned and operated.  We operate under a collaborative care medical model.

We believe that healing is a partnership that starts when you enter the front door of our practice, which is conveniently located in downtown Montpelier, VT. 

Our comprehensive and compassionate model provides tailored treatments and can include full service primary care, lifestyle medicine, medication management, hormone replacement therapy or HRT, weight loss management, psychiatric care, individual therapy, group therapy, supplements and nutraceuticals, which are
foods or part of foods that provide medical or health benefits, including the prevention and/or treatment of disease.  We have a hybrid care model and offer virtual services to patients locally and in certain states in the region.
